CCP should adjust the Info panel to show what minerals are produced per Ore and not per 100 ore.
For Crokite: The panel says if you reprocess you get 800 Pyerite, 2000 Mexallon, 800 Nocxium. This is of course before any adjustments from reprocessing, just using base values.
But that doesn’t mean if you put in the required 100 Crokite, you’ll get 80000 Pyerite, 200000 Mexallon, 80000 Nocxium, that means from 100 Crokite you get 800 Pyerite, 2000 Mexallon, 800 Nocxium.
But the way the info panel reads, that’s not clear. It should read what each ore actually contains, not the run of reprocessing will produce.
The price of compressed ores vs the value of the minerals worth of the ore is insanely out of whack. I get compressed ore is useful to move, but sometimes the Compressed ore is 5 times the value of the minerals, which is just insane.
Sorry the way you wrote that is wrong. The info it’s showing you is if you reprocess 100 units of Ore. It’s telling you the mineral results of 100% yield(which obviously you won’t get) reprocessing of 100 units of ore, even though you are looking at 1 unit of ore.
I seem to recall that it used to show the info for one not for 100… even still… knowing 100 is the bare minimum, is it really hard to see that 8, 20, and 8 is what you get per ore?
So, under attributes it says units to reprocess - 100
so one could think that when you click on industry, reprocessing yield would mean what you get per 100 crokite
So the game does NOT reprocess per unit, but per portion. From your items to reprocess, it deduces the number of portions, multiplies by the reprocessing result, and then by the factory reprocessing yield, itself multiplied by your skills and implants.
So maybe CCP could change “Reprocessed materials” by “Portion reprocessed materials” and add the portion size in th industry tab.
