Since the official support for Chinese，many of the things that are not in eve china service have never been translated. I don’t know why it hasn’t been done officially for more than one years, but it’s very simple. I tried to contact a lot of people，but nobody reply to me.
I will translate the most important first，such as [Account & Subscription] (https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/categories/200554022-Account-Subscription) and in the game that is often used but not translated things

With the same level of quality that Chinese translate into other languages, of course. Just because you “speak, read and understand Chinese” doesn’t mean you can translate.
