Your model would work. If it were not the lack of any real cost/benefit. You are still not creating the short cut you think you are. All it does do is promote a fallacy that one can get somewhere faster. If there were truly endgame content. You fallacy might hold up. While I appreciate this works for you. This advice is not going to work for a new player. That already has a steep hill to climb. Throwing around 30 billion isk. Is not going to be doable for the new player. Who might have cracked a few hundred million ISK just last week.
And as a station trader. I can train a new toon in an alpha account for a lot less than 30 billion ISK just to haul my goods. Use that 30 billion Isk and drop that toon into a small hauler with all the bell and whistles. And still turn a profit. Even if it were to get blown out of the sky and podded. That toon would have no implants that I would worry about losing.
Again if you are convinced it works for you. Great. As a returning player. You have the ISK and resources to chase a bad idea. To a new player. This is, to put it simply, bad advice. As it calls for both Isk and resource a new player simply does not have. Will inevitably find that the flaws in your plan starts costing beyond that 30 Billion Isk.
It comes down to this any shortcut is not a shortcut. You might in the short term think you are getting somewhere. But in the long term find yourself just running in place and losing Isk all at the same time.

So, people sell characters for ISK on the Character Bazaar, selling for anything else, modules, PLEX, sexual favours is against the rules.
ISK is an ingame currency that cannot be transferred out.
So why would anyone leaving the game want a pile of it?
Maybe you need some sleep.

Do you realize that had you not bought the toon and just built the toon. You would have been further along. All you did was take a character and did what you could have done just as easily without spending any Isk in the Character Bazaar. Seriously all you are doing is enriching some else wallet. Not getting anywhere faster. Just throwing ISK around. More ISK and time. And for what again? A short cut that some AI says is a good idea? Really? Seriously?
I am further along just doing an alpha account. Building a character that will do as I need it to.
But congrats on blowing that 34 million Isk on a character. I am sure the person that sold it to you is happy to be 34 million in the black.
