Clicked on the settings and set everything to High in game, then set launcher to download the full eve client and clicked Enable Hardware Renderings and it is like eye candy again with Run Eve with DirectX12
So my issue was that either the game files were not downloaded and it was trying to load everything again as it was being used, then the next thing I think was that the Hardware Rendering.
Currently have 3x game clients pilots online and all with high settings and in space (now ZERO Lag).
p.s. This PC was built using hand selected components that matched perfectly by a technical genius.
Side note I had not received my retro pc permit in the evemail yet even though my pc lag issues had been resolved and that it may or may not had been her Majesty’s special powers and ability though I do appreciate the help that may had been done here today!

I had some bad performance in the new patch too, so I’ve disabled DX12 for the time being. I would say this is the most likely culprit if you’ve started having performance issues very recently. There is a settings menu hidden in the top right of the launcher which you can use to disable DX12 if you are having issues running the game at an acceptable frame rate.
