What’s going on? Has anyone encountered this? I tried logging on and off, nothing. Checked Redeem box over and over, nothing. Looked in Personal Assets, nothing. Played for a couple more levels in PD, nothing. Created a Support Ticket, nothing. If anyone has a solution for this, please be a dear and let me know.
Have you checked that you have redeemed the items on the correct character and that you have opened the box with the blueprint? Also if you have done so why you don’t email support team?
