I joined a corporation and it got war decced, but i’m not quite ready. I was told there is a penalty for leaving during war is that true, and what is the penalty? Also can i join a new corporation right away?
You can join join a new corp straight away but can’t rejoin the war dec’d corp for a week. No other penalties afaik
As was said above there is no penalty other than you are not allowed to rejoin for a week. The war immediately ends and you are free to join other corps.
I would say however that you are ready. Even a one-day old character can contribute to a war. If your corp is bad and is choosing not to fight perhaps it is best to move on, but don’t think you aren’t able to participate and start learning. You can.
