I keep thinking about setting up PI on characters across all my accounts. But the initial setup on each planet is extremely tedious. Maybe this has been suggested already. But a way to save a PI base layout (minus extractors) and then share like a ship fit would save a lot of time for a lot of people. I think it would also be a way to get more PI materials into the market while providing a much needed isk sink in the game. Maybe I am crazy.
It could save some of the tedious work yes.
I dont however see how this is providing an ISK sink?
The problem here is that different planets have different radius. So the “same layout” visually on one planet isn’t actually the same and may have different lengths of connectors. So the template wouldn’t work unless they significantly changed PI.
