PI command center launch

I’ve tried to launch PI using the command center twice and from what I understand it launches the cargo container into space and you get a journal entry with the location to pick it up.

However, I’m not getting any journal entry with the location. Has the mechanic changed?

Yes. The bookmark is now a launches tab in the PI app.
