PI Graph Not Accurate?

I noticed that when hovering over the individual bars in the graph it will show the product/hour but that number doesn’t align at all to the Y-Axis of the graph.

The bar I’m hovering shows 14,912 units per hour but the peak of that bar according to the Y-axis is roughly 7000 units per hour.
