The end game is Cyber needs to have a break from us and has gone afk. Doctor Per tries to sit on the undock of amarr and we kill him when we can be bothered to bait him. The russians who joined him have got to be regretting their decision to leave lols.

Really, this is fine, because at least Cyber and his champions in Jita Holding, like Doctor Per aren’t camping any of the major trade hubs in insta blaping ships. They were only saving the innocent from scum like PIRAT who camp them all day long. PIRAT scum, killing, raping and pillaging unsuspecting citizens.
