Pirate FW agents / LP store in Citadels

The title is pretty self explanatory. For corporations that are in fw, any citadels they own would be allowed to host pirate agents and LP stores. The LP store is the more important bit, but the agents could be added as well.

Some potential upsides/downsides (depending on perspective):

  1. This would allow the angel cartel to cash out lp next to jita and only have to move it one jump to place it into the trade hub.

  2. The Guristas wouldn’t have access to Jita, but they could do similarly in Amarr or the Minmatar market hubs.

2.5 Hek becoming the Gurista’s highsec FW market hub would be hilarious.

  1. Pirate supply chains wouldn’t be tied as directly to the market hubs or their sov controlled systems. This decentralization allows them to fulfil their role a bit more thematically, however the destabilization this would allow might be too much.

3.5 the previous points encourage asymmetric warfare. the warzones wouldn’t be quite as defined as they are now. Meaning you’d see amarr / min potentially attacking structures near jita, and cal /gal militia attacking structures in amarr/min space.

  1. pve in my pvp game mode? I know there are lot of people who have said they dislike fw missions, but this seems to be mostly tied to the usage of stealth bombers to do these missions. An easy fix for this is just to make clouds (or another invisible phenomenon) within the fw mission sites decloak anything inside.

  2. I expect missions, and dungeon sites in general, will be getting a bit makeover in the near future. (Maybe 2 expansions from now? Since the next one like likely going to be tied to vanguard.) So, being able to incorporate the mission system / npc fleets into the pirate fw strategy could potentially be useful.
