Yes, they work for me now. Issue seems to be fixed.
Started happening again today on one of my planets, so don’t think the underlying cause has been fixed yet.
I did find a good workaround. All you have to do is stop your extractors and click submit. Then you can immediately edit them again and change whatever you want.
