Hi, I play on a pc and sometimes a laptop, on one device when I open the planetary production UI and mouse hover over the icons a small tool tip box opens with info about the item. on the other device when I hover the mouse over the icon nothing happens except a small flashing down arrow appears next to the mouse pointer, any advice ?
had the same issue, try moving the “tool tip delay” slider in the “esc” "general settings " tab , to max , min then back to where you want it, this worked for me
