Please add this hanger to searchable this has been brought up before and still not sorted.
FYI for toons is you can use JEve Assts will tell you you have something but doesnt know where 
Then check your evemail under misc as there is always a noticiation there about each item delivered
However if you had deleted the evemail then good luck as you would have to visit every player structure to find your items.
