eve had some lag
i try to dock on station but did not work
and I was disconnected
a few minutes later I reconnected again
my ship is disappeared and hangar was empty
also I could not get out of the dock the button did not react
I wrote to the support team https://support.eveonline.com
and 30 minutes later I was helped

I made some changes, you should be in the same station, but only in a capsule with your ship at the station dock.

i have 2 capsule in hangar and no ship
then I wrote in support again
but now no answer
for the second day I can not play
