Guys,
I am sorry that you have been so busy working to correct this ddos attack. I created this ticket January 31, 2020 11:42

ID SUBJECT LAST ACTIVITY STATUS
1080599 disconnected and unable to login for 30 minhttps://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/requests/1080599
account name [also redacted]
character [SCP-Redacted]

i lost my Vexor and the cargo during the 1st day of the attack. I was unable to login for over 30mins. The system just stated unable to start session. When i was able to get in my ship had been destroyed. I understand that when playing the game that you normally lose ships. However the system caused the issue as i was unable to stay connected. Can you please issue my ship and the cargo back? The system has gotten better and i see the chat is kinda working.

Thanks
Patrick

Posting this here won’t do anything. You just have to wait like everyone else. Right now all you’ve managed to do is to endanger your own account by posting critical information of your account, even if it’s only partial information.

OP,do you think they’re maybe a little swamped and yours is the only ticket they have from the first day, even? Give them a break.

To be fair, what isn’t helping is the their poor customer relations. When people are having these problems and all they see from CCP is posts about new content, you can’t really blame them for getting annoyed and feeling as though they’re being ignored. That said, you’re right in that people are just going to have to be patient.

One of the reasons it is against forum rules to post correspondence with the GMs is them trying to prevent things like posting your account name on a public forum…

Good evening. Right now, the GM team are going through support tickets as fast as they can, and will get to you when they can. In the meantime though, I’m going to have to close your thread for breaking the following rule:

2. Specifically restricted content.

EVE Online holds ESRB Teen and PEGI 12 ratings. All content posted to the EVE Online forums must be teen rated.

In addition to this, the EVE Online forums are not for discussion of real life current affairs, news, politics or religion. Discussion should revolve around EVE Online and its community.

For these reasons, specific content is prohibited on the EVE Online forums. These are:

  • Pornography
  • Profanity
  • Real Money Trading (RMT)
  • Discussion of Warnings & Bans
  • Discussion of Moderation
  • Private communications with CCP
  • In-Game Bugs & Exploits
  • Real World Religion
  • Real World Politics
  • Content that distorts the forum layout

I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
