Do the skins that come in these packs arrive in your hangar where you can sell them? or do they only go to the purchasing character and you cannot trade or sell them?

@Donald_J_Spock They will arrive in the Redeem Items queue, from there you can deliver them to the hanger of the character of your choosing on that account.
