Porpoise ming fit for high-sec

I don’t find a reliable fit in the internet but many completely different, which is confusing. Can someone suggest me a tanky porpoise fit for highsec ? I plan to use drones on it while i support a mining ship, procurer i guess will it be, so it would be good if it would have shield command burst and mining foreman burst.
