The character transfer fee cannot be paid in PLEX if I remember correctly, but rather you must pay CCP. It’s £17 in the Uk so in America I’d assume approx $20-$25. It is the responsibility of the seller to pay the fee.
Thanks older posts mention a CPP Petition with 1000 PLEX. Was that removed?
“A character can be transferred to another account via the “Character Transfer” service through the Account Management page. A single character transfer involves a transfer fee in form of a credit card payment of 20 EUR/USD, 17 GBP or 1199 RUB.”
I’m basing off this info from the support page.
However, upon closer investigation many people have corroborated the 1000 PLEX support ticket thing so I think you can do that. I read there’s extra waiting time that way, since it will take 1-5 days to get the ticket addressed depending on load.
