Try moving the items from your ship inventory to the Item hangar, that often is the problem.

My Russian isn’t very good, but from the screenshot I guess you’re supposed to bring 2 T1 afterburners to the station you’re docked in?
- Do you have two afterburners in that station, not by accident one?
- Are they 1MN afterburners and not a size bigger (10MN)?
- Are they T1 with the name they expect, and not other versions like meta ‘compact’ or ‘enduring’ versions, or T2?
- You said you already moved the afterburners to the item hangar in the station. Could you try moving it to your ship, try and move to the station and try again?

If I well understood the issue: are you on the ship specifically required for the mission? Do you have the required fitting for the mission (if required)?
This mission doesn’t require a ship, but just 2x 1mn Afterburner I (packaged) in the hangar.
I don’t read the Cyrillic either, but I see this is at the Gallente school in Clellinon. It appears to be the 9th Industrial Entrepreneur mission but they require you to find 2 afterburners.
I won’t tell you the mission hasn’t changed, since I played it in the last few months. Some missions use to allow me to buy the veldspar off the market, now require me to actually mine it all from the site. I can no longer skip fitting the venture to go mine a handful of rocks on these missions. I can only assume this was to eliminate speed training your alts.
However this mission Balancing the Books #9 is pretty cut and dry on the fact that he states, Acquire 2 x 1 MN Afterburners, I don’t care how you get them.
I guess you need to post a ticket, if it is not working and you have the 2 Afterburners in the item hangar.
