Problems with connection

Since Thursday I’m having connection problems. I can get into the game and in less than 1 minute the problem regarding “Connection lost socket was closed” appears this way ending the game.
Today I ran EVE trace routing and noticed packet loss at an address that does not pose a problem with my connection.
How can I solve?

Perhaps try clearing cache / verify on launcher, unpinning account on launcher, restart, sign back in?
