[Proposal] Improvements on dynamic camera movements

Hi guys. I have some ideas about Dynamic camera movements option.

  1. The camera offset during warping is a little bit wired. Maybe we can make it into an optional function.
  2. If you turned off dynamic camera, the FOV value will automatically be changed to the maximum value after every stargate-jumping. Personally I prefer medium FOV value but I have to readjust it after gate jumping. So maybe we can keep FOV unchanged unless player change it manually (dynamic camera disabled)?
