Is that common to see in wormhole space? Or a new kind of abnormally has been found?
I D-scan it only found nothing, is not a combat site or a relic abnormally.

It’s a system-effect. Some systems have special effects that can change the attributes of your ship. The higher-class wormhole it is, the more powerfull the effects are.

So there are different types of systems. There is C1-C6 space, which kinda tells you its difficulty/how much money you can make. Each system has a effect. The effect you see above boost shields.
