Doing level 3/4 missions and need a good fit for max isk potential for a Paladin please.

You can’t go wrong with this guide.
Also, don’t do lvl3 with a paladin (or any Marauder tbh)
Use a T2 or T3 cruiser.
For lvl4, a Marauder is perfect.

Both Tachyon Beams and Pulse lasers are good choices on this beast, you should never have trouble tanking a mission.
