an idea for a more fluid system both partly for ratting and roaming; not perfectly written out of course but i have always felt tht nullsec as well as other places should have some thing that not only ties in with the space but also makes it feel more alive and immersive rather than just shooting little red triangles..
should probably note also that this would be aside from rather than a takeover of normal content.
Tl;dr - a way to get a larger range of ships and players roaming nullsec in a more meaningful way.
