I am trying to complete Industrialist quest. My task are simple Go to set location and mine ore. I do so and get the desired ore amount. You must turn in quest and ore at desired station location, I do that as well. Each time I do this and I go to complete the quest I run into an issue.

Leif Jelling > Industrialist mission. “Starting Simple” Quest states to mine 20k of Banidine… The drop off location is HEK II-moon-1- Minmatar mining corp. To complete quest each objective must be completed, when they are completed they are checked off with a blue check mark. Well I have done all of the above and when I go to click “complete mission” I get a notification that says, “one or more mission objectives have not been completed please check mission detail via opportunities”…

I found fix to bug in other forums.

The problem is despite collecting the correct quantity of ore that was needed for the quest the problem existed because you MUST exhaust the ore resources entirely regardless if you need it all or not. I had an entire other asteroid to mine. I mined the ore and just hit jettison to launch it into space and went back and finished the quest. No where in the quest does it say mine all of such resource it simply just ask for 20k and return it to the correct station. Anyway problem solved. I hope someone finds this helpful.
