I saw the livestream which they announce that alpha clones will be able to use battlecruisers ,battleships and some T2 weapons any idea when they are going to release a list with the new skills which alpha will be able to train?

I expect the Devblog in mid-November - possibly followed by a couple of iterations based on community feedback.
Don’t expect anything until Lifeblood has shipped and is stable.
