Question Regarding lastest 1 Month Omega + Epi Skin deal

Hi,
I just purchased 1 month of Omega time through Steam and I wanted to know if this qualifies for the Epi Skin?
When clicking on the deal info in the Client Launcher and going to the website, it does not say if this is only available through the EVE store, and it does not say whether Steam accounts are eligable or not.

According to info about the Epi-Skins offer with 1 Month Omega subscription, it is already finished. It was valid until 29th August.

I think I got my answer it looks like this was only for Website orders and not Steam.
