I placed my first Control Tower and I have a couple of questions.

  1. Why is the shield at 94% (assuming it hasn’t been attacked, high sec)?

  2. How come it is not consuming fuel (only using charters, started with 7 days worth for each)?

As mentioned in your other thread, control towers are deprecated and will be removed from the game. Their lack of fuel use is a bug that will be fixed as part of today’s patch.
