Derelik isn’t on the list. 
It is a region, but you can use http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Derelik to find any system in that region to plot a route to or from whatever other system you like and count the jumps in between.
You have access to all the tools we do for plotting routes, or gathering map data from Dotlan. If you don’t understand how to plot an appropriate route, that’s a different question unrelated to being AFK.
