Your fit is a decent start, but a few things I’d change, mostly the shield extenders as they don’t really help much. I’d rather add a prop mod, a cap injector (or battery), then a target painter and/or missile guidance computer. Then I’d swap the rigs for application, don’t really need more range on a cruise raven, and the damage rig gets stacking penalized with the BCUs and doesn’t do much.
This is how I’d fly it. Swap the hardeners depending on what you are up against. and probably worth it to go for a faction afterburner, I just looked and they seem pretty cheap and use a bit less cap. Once you have the skills it’s nice to go to t2 launchers with fury ammo, should be a nice damage boost. Might want to go with a navy raven and get some t2 rigs for even better application.
