Check your PLEX vault - it may have bypassed redeeming. That appeared to happen with the packs I bought from the Humble Bundle sale but that was a few days ago and I’m not 100% sure…

Well, yeah. You can sell plex but you cant sell gametime. Plex is more flexible, you are paying for that flexibility.
