Redeeming queue

Hi im fairly new here and with the 13 Days of Eve items get sent to the redeeming queue but where is that please?

It should appear in the moment you choose your clon

You can access the redeem queue in two ways.

1 - At the bottom of the character select screen will be a banner saying “redeem items” which you can click on to enlarge. You can drag items from it to the characters you want to redeem them with from here.

2 - When logged in go to E -> Inventory -> Redeem items (E is the button on the very top left of the neocom).
