Cant seem to find this anyway for my understanding structures have Vulnerability Hours per week that need to be set by the person that anchores them but i can only find the ones for citadels:

Astrahus 3h
Fortizar 6h
keepstar 21

but what about the diffrencet Refinary and Enginerring complexes
