had chat issues for months i’m pretty much done with the company reply of “check port 5222 or file a bug report”…its not my end I know cos its a lottery one account can be fine yet seconds later another account doesn’t have chat for hours…I want my money back and I am pretty sure I am entitled to it due to section 75
