Rookie help is constantly plagued by “where is all the ore” in USTZ often due to belts being mined out by multiple NPC faction mining fleets since by late in USTZ many if not sometimes all the belts have been cleaned out.

folks in rookie help aren’t always in rookie/starter systems… now the flipside of that is, Hek among other areas
Give them the proper advice.

Well, I don’t even know why the NPC mining fleets were introduced. So, I can’t even begin to speculate on whether or not the NPC mining fleets are having the desired effect.
However one good thing that might come of this is that it may help encourage newbros to venture out of rookie systems.
