All ore belts shouldn’t respawn at 11:00 – I know this is downtime, but this puts non EUTZ players at a disadvantage. Regularly in USTZ people are asking in rookie help why all the belts are empty.
Mining belts should respawn similar to how Ice/Ore anomalies respawn, or randomly throughout the day. Pls fix this lazy coding 
Anomalies were coded differently.
They explained in the no downtime experiments thwt ore respawn was tied to the database being reset daily. When they can fix the issue with that, they may be able to figure out how to get them to spawn outside of downtime
It’s a big universe, even in highsec there are plenty of belts to mine untouched by players and NPCs alike. Less ganking out there too 
Move away from the starter systems and high traffic areas. I’ve got several systems with entire belts all to myself, no matter what time of the day it is…
Ask them if they’ve tried any of the other 7982 solar systems in eve.
