Despite your short memory… This happened and I will remember for you.
Neither you, I or any player who sits on the CSM can ever experience Eve Online for the first time. You can make a show of it, start a new character, try out the NPE, hate on it… But at the end of the day you’re so high up the ladder that you can’t see or remember the bottom.
The NPE isn’t actually the first thing people are going to see when they consider playing eve online. They’re far more likely to see a forum post or a video where bitter vets are hating on the game.
All of you dirtbag bitter vet CSM members think you should have a say in how new players should experience the game for the first time and the highly upvoted and promoted videos and streams show that most of you have no business being there.
By spreading and defending publicly visible hateful commentary on major Eve Related platforms such as reddit, twitch, youtube… You and your peers are the primary reason people may never even try the game.
To your credit, you’re sometimes labeled as a CCP shill. Not nearly often enough IMHO.
To get back on topic…
Getting rid of the CSM as it currently exists is a step in the right direction and I support it fully. I’m pleased to see a conversation suggesting better overall representation without sidelining any playstyles over others.

You’ll be hard pressed to find any examples of me “hating on the game.” I don’t spend all my free time playing and streaming this game because I hate it.

When I first brought this up… Three months ago… You labeled me as a minority and failed to understand that there is no difference between “attacks on game masters” and “attacks on individuals”. Your response to me was “There’s nothing wrong with being critical of people who are actively making bad decisions that are harming the game.”
You can (again, always) manipulate the tone of my post if you like, you can suggest that my opinion doesn’t matter because… minority… who even are you… but the fact remains that you defended the actions of the people who did these things.

I don’t need to manipulate the tone of your post - you’re simply not telling the truth. I have nowhere claimed it’s okay to dox CCP employees. Doxing somebody and saying “hey, I think this guy isn’t doing a good job and doesn’t know what he’s doing” are completely different things. I’m not sure why you think it’s okay for folks like you to criticize me for how I do my job, but apparently is off-limits for others to criticize a CCP employee for how they do their job.

Did you just inject yourself into that reddit conversation without understanding the subject material? You gave a blanket defense of the actions I was pointing out without specifically excluding the doxing. One can only assume you supported that as well.

I responded to your post. As I noted on reddit, nowhere in your original statement did you say anything about doxxing anybody. You started that nonsense after literally everybody called you out on how dumb the post was. It got downvoted into oblivion. And I can’t believe that you are still hung up on it 3 months later.
I have zero problems with players saying they have an issue with somebody at CCP making bad decisions they disagree with. I’m not sure why you think those folks are above criticism.
As for the rest, I said you were in the minority because you are - look around. You think most players, even in wormhole space, think the game is doing great and everything is just fine?

Criticism and hateful actions aren’t the same sir. From where I stand I see a bunch of over-entitled whiney people who are unable to adapt to a changing environment. From where I stand I have seen changes that improved my game play in most cases or provided me with challenges to overcome. For instance - While I miss the damage boost on a ship I used to fly, I now enjoy the overall benefits on a ship that I switched to.
Actually, yes… Yes I do. I surround myself with positive people we’re all having a great time! The player interactions I have are top notch. I go out of my way to interact with people and no one I interact with expresses any sentiment along the lines of “the game is basically broken.”

The good news is at least a dozen prominent FCs support the CSM gutting other playstyles in favor of forcing people to be content farms, so it must be working as intended. Long live Eve.
