Request: access to captured Transmuter's data

Not knowing if there is a better place to do this sort of request, here I am.

I would like if there is procedure, place or diplomat to contact to have access to the data obtained by studying the transmuter. Or even better, to be able to study it directly.

I have done numerous simulations and experiments to try to understand what this structure is doing, and while I’m currently writing a report on my findings, now that I learned about this captured Transmuter, if I can study at least the data obtained, it would be of a huge help.
