Tranquility server is currently offline. In around 10 minutes we aim to start up the server in VIP (developer only access) then run checks to determine everything is okay before opening it to players. Please note that the ESI is also currently offline.

and another half a gig worth of updates to download… please stop patching the game every other day ccp, you’re killing my data plan, one release every other week should be enough to fix your game, maybe there wouldn’t be so many bugs if you gave us back sisi and fixed the bug report system. starting to see lots of issues with eve and ccp lately lots of scummy money grabbing, Jita monument has been real quit since equinox dropped. skinr system is the new monocle gate.
obviously i troll but the point I’m trying to make is that ever since cpp sold them selves all we have seen is more and more predatory ways to entice players of eve to spend money and very little in actually improving the game, Selling SP via extractors and injectors was one of the absolute worst things ccp has done to this game, do you even remember the monocle debacle? the skiner system is just like that but even worse! now we need to spend aur and isk to make skins and it has ridiculous wait times to produce a skin, cant trade it to alts, cant try it out and then repackage them and resell them, cant make corp or alliance skins THE WHOLE FKIN REASON WE WANTED CUSTOMISABLE SKINS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! ITS A SCAM AND A MONEY GRAB! oh and dont forget the 20% tax on reselling them!!!
Yea, under new management doesn’t always mean a good thing. Looks like CCP has put themselves between a rock and a hard place by emplimenting very unpopular mechanics and endless nerfs that made half the player base quit which lost CCP revenue, which made CCP look for a new stream of funding… It’s a vicious circle like water going down the toilet.
I agree about the SP sale, having a queue going at a certain rate then selling SP directly isn’t very serious.

Yea, I’ve been keeping up with the couple of threads highlighting the shortcomings. Even though I could care less for SKIN I think it was a knucklehead move to turn the whole thing from promise to microtransaction.
I have no decent words for that monumental letdown.
On CCP’s behalf, 3/4 of the financial world is now deep in SCAMS and MONEYGRABS against unsuspecting consumers. Bitcoin is but the tip of the iceberg.
One thing we can bet big on is “taxes” ( aka ripoff ).
i have always had a love hate with eve, i was super crushed at the shuttering of captains quarters and Dust 514, i was very invested in dust , i cant help im old and a bitter vet , i hate ranting on the forums, i know i look silly, but i been a solo player for a bit and have no one to yap to about my issues with eve.
It isn’t silly to make your discontent known and IDGAF what some millennial troll thinks.
Contrary to what moderators may think, a game forum isn’t only to shower praises on devs. They need to HTFU and take criticism as happily as they take that cash.

This problem is occurring again over the last hour or so for some clients. Launcher starts clients, but they fail to connect, “connection lost” error before character select choices appear.
Before this, system name wasn’t updating or displaying for one of my logged in clients. Client connection persisted for 30 seconds after hitting the “X” to close it, before the window actually closed. After this one closed, all other clients lost their connection.
Edit: situation resolved after about 15 minutes of unable to reconnect.
