each reporting corp member has reported logging out and the issue is still present

Relogging doesn’t help, I suspect it’s not a character-bound bug but one related to the systems that are unreachable.
Example: I cannot jump into Ashmarir from Arzanni on one character.
But on another character I can also not jump into Ashmarir, but then from the other direction out of Kaira.

I wonder if freighters can leave through the Jita gates.

I just took a gate from one system to another and now this char experiences the very same issues as the one that was already stuck. Looks like taking gates now transmits a highly contagious and dangerous disease.
