We’re aware that the New Eden Store is currently unavailable for some users. We’re looking into it now, and updates will be relayed here and over on our status page - https://status.eveonline.com/
Update 17:21 UTC - We’re also seeing sporadic issues with logging in. This is also being looked into.
17:59 UTC - We believe we’ve identified the cause of the outage and the intermittent login issues, and we are working to resolve them.
18:42 UTC - A server reboot is being scheduled for 19:10 to resolve the login and NES issues!
19:27 UTC - Reboot complete and the server should once again be accessible!
19:31 UTC - Still seeing connection issues. Investigating further.
19:33 UTC - rebooting a second time.
19:55 UTC - looks like the issue is still ongoing, it’s still being looked into.
20:04 UTC - Additional changes are being made and the server is being rebooted again.
20:13 UTC - Access has been restored to the server. We’re still expecting intermittent issues and continuing to monitor for now.
20:18 UTC - Investigation is continuing.
21:15 UTC - Issue is still unresolved, we’re still investigating but the issue may remain as it is for now rather than additional restarts.
