I play for free. Even if you did buy omega, the service is the same. You pay for a month not by the hour. Get over it.
Multiple downtimes in a day? Time to yeet some freighters through the pass. 
But seriously, thank you for all the work you’re putting in tracking the problem down. (From a fellow IT slave who understands the literal headaches this can cause.)

For real all my clones were reset to one location all 4 of them. I lost all my alliance chats. Unable to talk in chat. 5 million skill points and 500 plex to every omega account. Also my character sheet is now not displaying. The customer is always right.
These are the intermittent issues connecting - if you wait the minute and try one or two more times, you should still connect.

we had multiple dcs and huge lags few hours after the restart. Still not a nice experience.
nope. i can spend my time elsewhere…ive been avoiding giving you guys RL cash for along time now cause of crap like this.
You guys push ui changes and other things the playerbase never asked for, bloating the game…then when it breaks…you expect us to be your test bed without a test server…get you shiiit together and fix your game.

quite the opposite. Highly doubt they’d be able to develop and produce content at the level and scale they have over the years without them. I’ve been playing eve since its inception and its one of the few games i can say i feel like every single $ invested into it was worth it.

The game cannot function without these microtransactions. Those who find the game important will pay for the opportunity for self-realization within it. The game’s economy works for those with big ambitions. Usually, an Omega subscription should be enough, but for those more motivated to play the game, donations are required. The problem isn’t the game; the problem is the players’ ambitions.

Just lettin u guys at CCP know that the server shutdown was at a very inconvenient time. We were in the middle of a fight in Dronelands about a very important Fortizar. We holded the attackers back quite successfully letting the timer tick down to 2min until Fort repaired. But after server reeboot the timer resetted to 15min which made all our efforts throwing ships at them useless, ragebaiting us even into loosing more ships again to desperatly save the objective but it wasnt enough to make a second attempt. Now Fort is in Hull-Timer which effectively means we lost the system bc we can barely use caps - bc fort will die - and enemies can bring as much as they want. I know its maybe asked too much but it would be the right thing to reset the armor timer and have a proper brawl about it again

The failures lasted way longer than now - We have like 99.9999% runtime now - it was with a lot less x9 20 years ago - especially when they were updating… We had to plan for a long skill training (since there was no list of skills) at every update.
The game is way better now.
