I have only had the account 2 months and to me this seems to be a regular issue.
I have subbed for 3 months and so far the track record is not looking at all good.
We all understand it is frustrating when these things happen but 2 times in as many weeks something is a miss. I as a subby will over look the last 2 events but a third is dam right out of order in as many weeks but that said you have informed the customers. A better black and white information on what is going on would also help people chill and stop the finger wagging. if you need to do some unscheduled work to maintain stability then that’s what it is. Questions will always be asked ; why ,why , when how long . ok as you can see i am not ranting much but its hard to understand that the servers have gone down for the second time and maybe for the same reason because us the customer DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON. hahahahahaha 
Up the monthly sub and pocket the cash instead of updating the servers. Seems legit
