I think we should vote for more reliable servers with a compensation for players who are denied access to play the game. Starting to get annoying. 4 hours again I suppose

Clearly they got a defective hamster. It should have lasted much longer than it did.
Fortunately the gestation period is very fast, so there will be another hamster ready to step in and do the job.
They just have to wrangle it, and that can take time.

This is not the first time Tranquility has crashed in less than 30 days. Today, nothing but black screens and no other messages. So, what is the real problem? How about a little consideration to us faithful users? Like a little plex for our trouble? How long will it take this time?
