Yeah, back in the day when the skill queue lasted 24 hrs (or sth like that) and people couldn’t log on to update it when something like this happened.

Put bags of ice on top of the servers so they don’t overheat again.

they were down all weekend during anniversary. that was like early summer/spring my dude

No, they were not. I don’t know about issues people may have had on their end that may have prohibited them from logging on, or other servers for that matter, but there hasn’t been a weekend-long outage on Tranquility (ever?).

some customers leave cloudflare and going to microsoft … btw…

In my experience, then it is ALWAYS certificates that f stuff up! Best of luck with the troubleshooting… Hope the servers are back up and running in the morning…
