ESI is the servers API access. it allows people and 3rd party tools to access in game ‘Public’ data. it is read only and no one can access your private char data without you givng them permission,
Update 00:37 VIP is being lifted. TQ will be open and accessible.

omg so sorry I was just randomly dialing addresses with my modem and i accidentally logged into a back door in your server and started a global thermo nuclear war so the military had to shut down the ccp servers. apologies

I can get into EvE website now so things are looking good.
Seriously can someone in the ccp offices feed the hamsters and check on thier general welfare so this doesn’t happen, but if i can be serious for a moment, are we likely to see refunds for this “Extended” downtime as ive just subbed for a year and then we keep getting all these “Issues”
We are going to get back in the game and there will be thousands of people merged in the decks of our ships, and CCP will expect us to clean it up.
