The game has 5 systems with level 4 Serpentis combat agents. The game has 6 systems with level 4 blood raider combat agents.
This is too little to set market, rather than monopoly, prices for the modules necessary to build ships of these factions. To avoid imbalance with other pirate factions, I want to offer the following solutions to this problem:

  • Increase the number of agents of pirate factions, add these agents to systems with low security
  • Add all pirate factions to faction wars
  • Add resonators for looting from pirated data sites.
  • Add resonators for salvaging from pirated wrecks.
