it fits the WH storylinetheme…kinde like that idea yeah +1
Stream summary:
- “On a path to a better place”
- “Changes not going to be the end state”
- “Larger plan”
- “I would say stick it out through the changes”
Honestly, the stream is more an exercise in the kind of empty-speak favored by politicians and large corporations than anything of substance… except when stuff leaked out that probably shouldn’t have.
What I heard is more likely to further dishearten miners than instill them with confidence that the pain now is worth it later.
making the game more grindy might not work as planned
Probably leave EVE is the most realistic outcome.
Well this nullifies all the skill points I’ve accrued on mining skills & ships. You owe me a lot of unallocated skill points or some skill extractors.
i admit that if i had more money i would blow some sweet nightmares and bhaalgorns
but im happy with my coercers, omens and phantasms
one doesn’t need a lot of isk to be happy
pay your plex and have some extra to play and you are set
I don’t think making morphite WH-specific will matter on its own. The Nomad requires (at ME0) 3750 morphite. That should be about the highest per ship usage. Compared to anything else that goes into building one, that’s ridiculously tiny.
Change that fact, and it changes the possibilities. As-is? there’s just not enough drain per T2 module to make it all that.
I agree, entirely.
Many people i know have left the game that play in null and low sec. You might have greater gains but you always have great loss. In high sec play is less dramatic but stable enough to mine, build , research , copy etc. Ores are already depleted due to NPC mining rats, this is just ridiculous. Its obvious this game is being pushed away from its original path. you don’t see any of these useless gifts that bonus industry or mining always PVP. Looks like i will be joining the many veteran players and leaving also.
It would have been nice for wormholes to be counted as a “real” region of space and be given an exclusive ore.
But hey it’s only wormholes and when has CCP gone out of its way to do anything with them, most of the time they forget to adapt updates to work in J-space, let alone care enough to make them more of a part of mainstream EvE.
Man there is so much salt and whining in this forum lol. I dont even get why, CCP clearly hates miners and everything else easy money making so why dont the miners protest, stop mining, and then the economy cascades? (Im joking, but srsly CCP just hates miners I think)
hating miners is a tradition in eve for more than a decade
they should do the i hate miners day
with i hate miners t-shirts and popsicles
You getting ripped off if you paying and fitting a rorqual for 15 bill LOL
owww maybe a skinn with that for 250 plex and a good plex sale…
CCP isn’t it time to just write off this Frankenstein monstrosity of TQ sever and start afresh with a classic server reboot. The old smaller space and absolutely no supers.
i would buy the i hate miners skin
Massive Unsubscribes.
I supose an offer in the fiscal trimester to capt people.
Plan in selling my six Exhumer pilots. No more need to them in null or high sec.
If they replied I missed it, you can tell by checking the change amount since they list how much it changes by. So simply compare to current to work out which it refers to.
Other way around actually. Aussie Timezone gets downtime somewhere between 7-10pm (Depending on where in Australia & if daylight savings is a thing).
This means Aussie miners can mine whatever is left, then mine a fresh spawn again.
Removing anoms screws everyone else.
This was never seriously done. The increased profit from anoms wasn’t worth the time to hunt them down. Maybe if it was next door but not by serious miners in an exploration style. Newbies with ventures did get to enjoy cruising around though.
Ultimately they should have gone the other way, removed static belts everywhere and made them into sov style respawning anoms with a timer etc. So that DT becomes irrelevant to asteroid spawns.
To answer one of the many complaints like this in the thread, High Sec used to supply all the Trit originally, CCP messed that up a few years ago. This is roughly speaking a reversion to the idea that all the areas of space should have to trade with each other for minerals. So EVE ran like this for about a decade.
I might actually do that Azalais… fly a bone stock crappy corvette into lowsec and try mining in it and ratting in it… probably die repeatedly but hey… that’s what CCP wants right?
Amen hermano…
“All variations of Omber and Kernite will be removed from Hisec asteroid belts.”
The level 4 Materials for War Preparation storyline mission requires Kernite. Has anyone considered the real victims here, the mission runners?
