I have 2 jobs running in a private Citadel in Hi Sec. Station was attacked into reinforced mode and the jobs halted when the owner offlined the mfg service. I received the notification the jobs were halted. The station is back out of reinforced mode into Vulnerable and the mfg service is back online (shows in the station services UI) but the jobs are still halted. How do I get these to restart? I can see the jobs in my "All Active Jobs " list but they are halted.
